As you settle into pray, take a few deep breaths. Let these words fill your breath.

God,

Where are you looking today?

Who has caught your eye?

Who are you seeing?

 Are you those struggling with excessive heat?

Are you with the 1 in 3 women experiencing violence?

Are you with the those in the midst of war?

Are you with the land that is burning?

Are you with those experiencing flooding?

Are you with those who are left out, left behind, lost?

 

Jesus looking at him, loved him.

God we know you looked in all these places and many more and you love them.

You loved him

You loved them

You love us.

Pour your love out upon us and those we are have looked upon

Look upon our friends and families

Who are sick

Who are lonely

Who are welcoming new life

Who are looking for work

Who are waiting for their shot

Jesus looking at him, loved him. Continue to look and love us. Amen
