As you settle into pray, take a few deep breaths. As we breathe in, may we breathe in your peace. As we breathe out, may we breathe out your love. 

… Jesus, You ask us to keep repenting To keep asking for forgiveness To know we will always makes mistakes we will always need to turn back to you To remember your ways. So we stop here and now and repent: We repent … of those times when we didn’t listen of those times when our anger won of the brokenness in our country of the racism and homophobia of the times addiction won of the fear that holds us back Jesus, You ask us to keep believing to believe when you seem absent and distant to believe when we have turned away, turned around, forgot to practice to believe that the Good News is good for everyone to believe despite the news in the world to believe when its easy and when its hard Jesus, You ask us to come and follow you Give us the courage to leave behind what is holding us back Give us the courage to jump into the unknown Amen.
